Location near the best restaurants in Thailand, a large shopping mall offering great foot massages and Night Bazaar & walking street. Brand-new and spotless rooms with a balcony, a storage space, and thoughtful tea making facilities.

Remote location, at a medium distance from Central Festival. Fashionable and romantic room, with a flat screen TV, a storage, and thoughtful tea making facilities. An incredibly beautiful and absolutely fantastic hotel, my first choice in Chiang Mai.

The staff was highly courteous and well-mannered, some of them eSPECIALly. The twin room was fancy with big spa bath, jacuzzi and a balcony and the location was exceptionally nice.

I loved the hotel facilities, with a stunning pool area and the option to have a room with pool access. The restaurant had delicious food that was reasonably priced, and the staff went out of their way to take care of guests. The environment was beautiful, with serene onsite ponds and lovely landscaping. The staff at breakfast provided excellent service.

We like stay at Khum Phaya resort, very nice Hotel. But when we stayed there, we cannot got a complete breakfast because the guest very few...

We love this resort very much. It's beautiful, secluded, exotic and affordable. We get well-treated by all staff. The swimming pool is amazing and large. Young children can play safely in the pool because it is the perfect depth for them. This is our favorite resort in Thailand. We will definitely come back to stay in this resort again.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with authentic decor. The outdoor areas were absolutely stunning with a variety of beautiful flowers and plants. The pool was gorgeous, and we enjoyed floating on the pool noodles. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's location was a bit far from the city center, but the friendly staff helped us arrange transportation. We also encountered a few mosquitoes, but the hotel provided mosquito repellent and the staff was helpful in addressing the issue.
